Study On Coordinated Development Of Urban Land Economic Density And Regional Economy

Land economic density is a kind of indicator of land use efficiency,and it is also a method to evaluate the economic efficiency of land.The Yangtze River Economic Zone is an Important area in China.Studying on the economic efficiency of land in the Yangtze River are very meaningful.The importance of the Yangtze River economic zone is also reflected in the strategy of area development,when we talk about one city,we should consider its own location conditions and think about its meaning.In this paper,we use descriptive statistical analysis,geography weighted regression analysis,kernel density estimation method,Kriging space interpolation method,economic convergence analysis and other methods to analysis land economic density of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.And then the regression analysis showed that the average altitude index and the average slope index has a negative impact on the land economic density,and the effect is significant.The level of investment and the level of consumption are both positive indicators.The population index also shows the positive effect,and the trend of changing is not very obvious.In the evaluation of the process of regional economic integration,this paper analyzes the convergence of land economic density in the Yangtze River economic zone.The results show that the economic density of the Yangtze River economic zone shows a trend of convergence.At the same time,the influence of the core cities appeared with the expected difference,only the core cities of the lower reaches of the cities such as Shanghai,Hangzhou and Nanjing played as a positive economic role,while the central region of the Yangtze River cites did not show a significant positive effect.According to the above results,we come up some suggestions with the development of the Yangtze River Economic zone:(1)Considering its own geographical conditions,each city shall develop its advantageous industries,and exert the advantage in the economic activities to activate the economic vitality;(2)Change the traditional concept and apply the new urban-theory(3)Each city shall learn the international and domestic urban agglomeration development experience,also play the role of urban agglomeration leader;(4)Focus on the advantages of elements and radiation of the development of the central regions,achieve the national economic planning and distribution efforts;(5)Change the core city’s functions to promote the coordinated development of the upper reaches of the region,and also change the economic radiation model.
