In recent years,as global competition intensifies among enterprises,companies are increasingly concerned with improving the internal management,with an aim to reduce friction and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Money,as blood for a company's survival,is particularly important in safety and efficiency.Corporate finance departments control the entire process of the flow of corporate funds,the success or failure of a business and corporate financial management are closely linked.In this paper,on the basis of theoretical research of the internal control system,we conducted observation and questionnaires on A company's capital management and control process.According to the ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problem,we firstly sort out the current situation of the implementation of funding management system in A Company,and identify human factors in the implementation of the system,on the basis of which we manage to solve these problems and defects,proposed solutions to promote financial system of A Corporation to be effectively implemented,and to improve corporate governance.This paper argues that,in the process of financial personnel management,we should put particular emphasis on enterprise employment system.Based on the two-factor theory of motivation methods,we study motivations for financial employees,and put forward effective ways to motivate them. |
