Research On The Competitive Strategy Of Foshan GMSY Rural Banks

In December 2006,the China banking regulatory commission issued "on the adjustment to ease access to rural financial institutions with banking policies,better support socialism new rural construction of several opinions",which encouraged to explore China's rural village Banks,loaned capital mutual aid organizations and companies,such as the management mode of the new type of rural financial institutions,and increased the admittance of foreign capital of our country's rural financial market.According to incomplete statistics,the China banking regulatory commission has issued 911 rural Banks and rural banking branch license,633 of which have opened by the end of 2011.With the vigorous development of the rural Banks,the study of village Banks is increasingly important,but this kind of research is still in the exploratory stage at present.With little research,and the pertinence is not strong.Village bank has obvious regional characteristics,and its development orientation,business model and competitive strategy are highly dependent on the county economy.Village Banks in particular regions,therefore,instead of speaking about detailed specific research has important practical significance.The current focus on specific single village Banks work is very few,however,this article will put guangdong province Foshan Gao Ming Shun Yin village Bank as the research object,combined with local actual situation,to analyze the bank's management present situation and development strategy,on the basis of the theory of value chain theory,porter's five force model,PEST model theory to analyze the foshan GMSY village Banks internal capability and the external environment,and through to the enterprise advantage(Strength),weaknesses(Weakness),opportunities(Opportunity),and threats analysis(--kyoui)to choose suitable GMSY competitive strategy for the development of village Banks.Through analyzing foshan GMSY village Banks's the present situation of management and development strategy,this article put forwards concrete advice about GMSY village Bank in the aspect of development orientation and competitive strategy,research paradigm and the experience reference for other development' of village Banks in China.In this paper,the research significance is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(1)to provide some theoretical guidance and practical path for discussion in order to promote the competitive ability of foshan GMSY rural Bank.(2)to provide research paradigm and experience reference for competitive strategy for rural Banks.(3)to enrich the view of research about village and town bank.
