The Baoshang Bank is the pioneer in commercial banks that developed small business financial practices,which accumulated rich experience in management and technology after five years of operation.At present,the Baoshang Bank has achieved good economic and social benefits in small business financial fields,making a breakthrough in the balance of loans,the customer quantity,fraction defective and net profit index.It has set up a good brand in small business financial fields in the domestic.It has made great contribution to the local commercial banks to developing small business financial services.This thesis takes Baoshang Bank as an example,researching the marketing strategies between banks and enterprises.Hope that through this thesis research can provide not only with typical cases,and also for the effective theory integration in aspects of small business financial services.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the related introduction to the theory.The third chapter is the present situation and the relationship between small businesses and banks at home and abroad.The fourth chapter is the service mode the Baoshang Bank take,and the existing problems in the process of servicing the small business.The fifth chapter is the strategy on the Baoshang Bank how to service the small businesses.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
