In the Knowledge Economy Age,knowledge and technology play an important role in the market competition.Of a business to stand out from competitors and have its core competitiveness,must have a high-quality team mastering of knowledge and technology.Talents become the most fundamental and most important competitive advantage,and valuable resources for sustainable development.Becoming a learning,innovative enterprise,enterprises must strengthen and emphasis on staff training system.After decades of development,Mengniu Dairy Group has grown into the leading enterprises in the domestic dairy industry,its management level has also reached advanced level in the industry.Research of the training system of this large enterprise,not only have a very important role and significance for the development of the enterprise itself and the employee personally,but also will provide a good reference for the other enterprises.Firstly,the theoretical aspects of the training system were consolidated and elaborated.Next,the article expands the analysis and research mainly in the training system of Mengniu Dairy Group.First,I made a brief introduction on the cultural environment of Mengniu Dairy Group.And then,stated and analyzed the current training management system of the company.Last,redesigned the training system combining training theories.With the form of scheme,through detailed describing of training demand analysis,training target confirming,training plan formulating,training scheme implementation and training evaluation and so on,thereby,the article structured a clear training system of Mengniu Dairy Group.
