In recent years,with the deteriorating of international economic situation,hidden conflicts in the development of domestic economy began to surface.The impact on the economic development is more and more obvious.Following the global financial crisis,the business environment of international trade industry is becoming complex increasingly.As one of the troika of China's economic growth,the export trade lost its power gradually.The state-owned foreign trade enterprises,having made great contribution in 30 years of reform and opening up,are faced with all kinds of difficulties:State-owned foreign trade companies lost the advantage of monopoly gradually because of the diversification of foreign trade business.The bloated internal structure and rigid management mechanism often make themselves at a competitive disadvantage.Demographic dividends of domestic labor intensive industry lose and procurement costs rise gradually.Foreign trade salesman's turnover rate is very high...All of these reasons led to the survival space of state-owned foreign trade enterprise narrowing.In the current complex economic environment and the internal contradictions of enterprise,Should the historical state-owned foreign trade enterprises do?The question has always been the concern of the people from all walks of life.Based on a provincial state-owned foreign trade company called S as an example,by analyzing the internal and external business environment,management present situation,its core competitiveness,and the advantages and disadvantages of management,the paper explore the ways to implement the business healthy and stable development for the company S under the current status,and help company S choose the appropriate development strategy.According to the results of the analysis we get a suitable strategy for the development of the company S finally.In the current situation of the company S,it is need to refocus existing foreign trade business and focuse on the stable and promising pharmaceutical products business first,then extend to the upstream or the downstream of the product secondly,and introduce industrial projects actively.At last the company S will realize the integration strategy of trade and production.Enterprise development strategy is one of the most important strategic in enterprise management.With the clear development direction,the enterprise will make a clear strategy of marketing,brand and talent,and will make themselves be always in the invincible position under the complex economic environment,to achieve sustainable and healthy development.In this paper,based on the enterprise strategic management theory,using Porter's industry competition analysis model and a variety of analysis tools such as SWOT analysis model,the practical cases are provided for the state-owned foreign trade enterprises to formulate a development strategy as reference.By this article,the author hopes to help similar enterprises realize the main problems,analyze internal factors and external factors carefully,dig their core competitive ability,and determine the long-term goal,finally achieve sustainable development making due contribution for the country again.
