Imaging LIDAR has received more and more attention in recent years,and laser ranging as one of its core technologies has also been well studied.In this paper,the problem of poor meteorological adaptability of laser radar is urgently solved.Monte Carlo simulation and experiment are combined to study the echo characteristics and anti-interference methods of imaging laser radar in low visibility environment.The specific research contents include: According to different smoke distribution patterns,the actual low-visibility environment is divided into two categories,one is the diffuse smoke which cover the radar and the target,and the other is the smoke on the path between radar and target path,and the focus is on the rear.After further analysis,the corresponding de-interference method was proposed.Based on the Mie scattering theory,the echo element superposition model of partial smoke is established,and the variation of the pulse width and peak value of the echo under different smoke thickness conditions is analyzed.Based on the polarization theory of Maxwell's equations,the polarization characteristics of smoke echoes under different thicknesses are studied.A method of interference suppression is proposed based on the polarization distribution characteristics.The corresponding experimental equipment is used to study the echoes under different thicknesses of smoke.The results show that the theoretical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental results,and the corresponding backscattering interference suppression algorithm is also effective.This research and the corresponding research results improve the transmission characteristics of pulsed laser in low visibility environment,provide some theoretical guidance for improving the robustness of laser radar.It has important significance for improving the anti-interference of imaging laser radar,and promoting the commercialization of imaging laser radar.
