Based on the application of short-range detection,this thesis mainly studies the overall system design of the short-range millimeter-wave FSK-LFMCW frequency modulation radar,the principle of the IF signal processing algorithm and the design and implementation of the system software and hardware.The thesis of this paper include:(1)The principles of frequency shift keying(FSK),linear frequency modulated continuous wave(LFMCW)and FSK-LFMCW are analyzed and compared.According to the requirements of short-range detection system,FSK-LFMCW system is selected,which can distinguish multiple different targets effectively.The overall scheme of the detection system was designed and its performance indicators and waveform parameters were determined.(2)The algorithms involved in signal processing of millimeter wave proximity detection system are studied.Aiming at the shortcomings of radar output IF signal with small amplitude and easy to be interfered,the digital FIR filtering algorithm is studied to filter out the interference of high frequency clutter on IF signal.Due to the limitation of sampling frequency and the inherent fence effect of FFT,based on Zoom-FFT,a high-precision spectrum analysis method is studied in combination with Jacobsen algorithm,and the accuracy of ranging is improved without increasing the complexity of the algorithm.In order to extract the spectrum corresponding to the target in the IF signal,the constant false alarm rate detection algorithm is studied,and the target is detected under the premise of ensuring the false alarm probability.Finally,in order to analyze the effectiveness of algorithms in the system,MATLAB is used to simulate the IF signals in single target and multi-target simulation,and the effectiveness and real-time performance of each algorithm are analyzed and verified.(3)The design and implementation of the hardware and software of the system digital signal processing module with DSP TMS320VC5509 A are introduced.The hardware includes a DSP minimum system module,a modulation signal generation module,a filter amplification module,and a data acquisition module.The software includes hardware initialization and implementation of data processing algorithms.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the software and hardware of the 8mm short-range detection system and its related algorithms are verified.It has good ranging accuracy and achieves the overall performance index.
