The stability analysis and control design of nonlinear systems with time-varying delays and uncertain disturbances are very important research topics,which have attracted extensive attention of researchers.However,most of the existing results are focused on continuous systems.We main study the following problems:robust output feedback stabilization of a class of uncertain discrete stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays,H_? finite time boundedness and finite time H_? state feedback stabilization for discrete-time systems with time-varying delays and norm bounded disturbances,and the problem of robust finite time H_? control for uncertain discrete-time systems with time-varying delays.The main contents and research results are as follows:Firstly,we study the problem of robust output feedback stabilization for uncertain discrete-time stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays.By constructing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,based on the matrix inequality technique,a criteria of the asymptotic stabilization in the mean square sense for discrete-time stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays is given.Then,for a class of uncertain discrete-time stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays,we give sufficient conditions of robust global exponential stabilization of discrete stochastic neural networks in the mean square sense.The output feedback control is designed.Finally,several simulation examples are given to verify the effectiveness of the results.Secondly,we study the H_? finite time boundedness and finite time H_? state feedback stabilization for discrete time-delay systems with time-varying delay and norm bounded disturbance.Some sufficient conditions of H_? finite time boundedness for a class of nonlinear discrete-time delay systems with norm bounded disturbance are given.Then,by designing state feedback controllers,the sufficient conditions which dependent delay are given to guarantee the closed-loop system of a class of discrete-time systems is H_? finite-time bounded delay.Finally,the numerical simulation results are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed resultsFinally,the problem of robust H_? finite-time control for uncertain discrete-time systems with time-varying delays is studied.An observer-based controller witch dependent delay is proposed.By constructing the appropriate Lyapunov-krasovski functional,we established the criterion for the uncertain discrete-time system with time-varying delay to ensure the corresponding closed-loop system is H_? finite time bounded.An observer based feedback control is designed to ensure that the closed-loop system is H_? finite time bounded.Finally,a numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the results...
