As an indispensable device for signal distribution and synthesis,power divider is an important part of modern wireless communication system.With the rapid development of modern communication technology,the circuit system tends to be integrated gradually.This requires us to realize the miniaturization of power divider circuit structure while guaranteeing the performance of power divider.By incorporating the filtering characteristics into the power divider,the circuit size can be effectively reduced,and the noise originally introduced by the device connection can be reduced too.Many important communication systems have multiple working frequencies.The traditional power divider with single working frequency cannot meet this requirement.So the power divider with multiple working frequencies is very important.While the circuit tends to be integrated,the space between each circuit is small,so the signal transmission process will inevitably be disturbed by other circuits.Balanced circuit can solve this problem well with its excellent common mode suppression characteristics.In this paper,a variety of functional fusion filter power dividers with good common mode suppression effect are designed and implemented from the perspective of common mode signal suppression,combined with different circuit structures.The main work includes:1.The design of single ended to balanced filtering power divider with wideband common mode suppression: Three balanced power dividers with wideband common mode suppression effect are designed by using the inverter composed of two sided microstrip lines,combined with quarter wavelength impedance converter,quarter wavelength coupling line and half wavelength open stub.The circuit has compact structure,good wideband common mode suppression,good working band selectivity,and appropriate filtering characteristics.2.The design of dual-band balanced filtering power divider with open and shorted stubs: Two dual-band balanced power dividers are designed with open and shorted stubs.The ratio of two working band of power divider can be adjusted by adjusting the value of characteristic impedance.In addition,a dual-band balanced filter power divider is designed with three quarter-wavelength open stubs.Two working bands are realized,because of the transmission zeros generated by the open stubs.Compared with the traditional single ended to balanced power divider,it makes full use of the space of the original circuit,realizes multiple working bands,and integrates good filtering characteristics.3.The design of multi-port balanced quadrature and rat-race couplers power divider with wideband common-mode suppression: Combining the basic circuit structureof quadrature and rat-race couplers,using the inverters composed of two sided microstrip lines,four types circuit structures of balanced quadrature and rat-race couplers are given,which satisfy various connection modes between single-ended network and balanced network.A balanced rat-race couplers power divider with equal,and a unequal rat-race couplers power dividers are designed.The power ratio of power divider can be changed by adjusting the characteristic impedance value.The circuit has simple structure,easy design,small size,good wideband common mode suppression,and wide application range.
