As a medium for information transmission,bar code is applied in all aspects of social production and life.The QR code belongs to the two-dimensional bar code and has the advantages of large information capacity,high security,strong error correction capability,etc.It has become one of the most popular bar codes,widely used in industrial production,product traceability,e-commerce and social Fields such as media.However,in practical applications,QR code recognition technology still faces many problems and challenges due to the use of the scene and the external environment.In QR code reading,when the QR code is attached to a curved object,the QR code will be distorted;due to the influence of external illumination,the QR code will be partially highlighted.For similar situations,the recognition rate of traditional bar code readers is greatly reduced.Therefore,in-depth research on QR code recognition technology has very important practical application value.Aiming at the problem of QR code deformation and highlighting,this paper designs a multi-spectral QR code recognition scheme.The scheme realizes the recognition of the QR code by performing multi-spectral and multi-directional multiple image acquisition on the same QR code in one reading process and performing image processing.In the design of the hardware part,a suitable source,lens and camera were selected,and a multi-spectral light source illumination scheme was designed.In terms of software algorithms,this paper focuses on multispectral image fusion algorithm and QR code recognition algorithm.In this paper,the multispectral image fusion algorithm based on wavelet transform is improved by studying the image gray histogram and Niblack algorithm.Experiments show that the algorithm can efficiently fuse multiple image information and improve the image fusion effect.According to the structural features of the surface QR code,the QR code localization algorithm based on mathematical morphology and image edge detection is studied.Positioning and effectively removing the background interference;by dividing the QR code into multiple regions,the pixel points are filled according to the deformation size of each region,and the QR code correction is realized.Finally,the QR code is effectively read for two special cases.The test results show that the scheme can effectively suppress the influence of ambient light and correct the distortion of QR code,and significantly improve the recognition rate of QR code,which has certain practical value.
