Today,with the rapid development of information technology,the emergence of bar code technology has greatly promoted the development of industrial information and intelligence.Among the many bar code categories,the QR(Quick Response)Code has been widely used in China due to its large information capacity and recognizable Chinese characters.However,due to the complexity and diversity of the actual application of barcodes,it is impossible to guarantee a high reading rate.Therefore,how to improve the barcode reading rate has been a research hotspot.In current industrial production,bar codes are often attached to a certain position on the side of the cylindrical product,and the orientation of the bar code cannot be determined.The use of a single image acquisition device does not ensure that QR code images are acquired,and manual or mechanical methods are required to perform QR code recognition.In order to solve the above problems,a QR code recognition method based on image mosaic is proposed in this dissertation.According to the project requirements and technical indicators,a wraparound image acquisition device is designed.The QR code image is obtained by acquiring the panoramic information of the cylinder surface.In digital image processing,the tilt correction algorithm is optimized to improve the stability of the algorithm.Applying the binary surface correction model to the cylindrical model has achieved good correction results.The image mosaic algorithm is improved,which is mainly optimized from two points: feature point extraction area and feature point extraction algorithm.The experimental results show that the algorithm has the advantages of high accuracy and fast speed,and is suitable for real-time image stitching in industrial production environments.Finally,the QR code identification method is used to realize the localization and correction of the QR code at any position on the side of the cylinder,and the accurate decoding result is obtained.The method of the dissertation solves the problem that the QR code of the cylindrical product cannot be automatically and efficiently recognized to a certain extent,and has practical application value.
