With the continuous progress of science and technology,smart devices tending to miniaturization and microelectronics can be seen everywhere around us.Take wireless sensor as an example,as one of the indispensable tools to capture information,it has been widely used in various fields.However,chemical batteries for traditional wireless sensors have some drawbacks,such as regular replacement of waste batteries,high maintenance costs,inability to replace batteries in some special environments and environmental pollution.In recent years,the technology of using piezoelectric materials to obtain vibration energy from the environment and provide electrical energy for microelectronic equipment has been widely concerned and studied by scholars and researchers at home and abroad.In this paper,a new two-direction piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device is presented and analyzed by ANSYS finite element software.The main points are as follows:1.Established the MATLAB theoretical model of the traditional linear piezoelectric energy harvesting device and nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvesting device respectively by using the theoretical knowledge related to piezoelectric materials and energy harvesting device,and analyzed and obtained the theoretical analysis results of the two devices MATLAB;2.The finite element software ANSYS was used to model and simulate the traditional linear and nonlinear piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device,and the corresponding finite element analysis results were obtained.Then the MATLAB theoretical modeling analysis and finite element analysis results are compared to verify the effectiveness of ANSYS based finite element analysis;3.A new piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device is proposed.Based on vibration theory and piezoelectric effect,MATLAB theoretical model was established and theoretical analysis results were obtained.The finite element simulation analysis results are obtained by modeling and simulation of the new device with ANSYS.And compared with the traditional linear and nonlinear energy harvesting device.
