With the development of science and technology,magnetic field testing research is more inclined to the measurement of three-dimensional magnetic vectors.Existing portable magnetic vector measurement equipment usually displays the measurement results in text,and it is difficult to reflect the spatial characteristics of the magnetic vector.The magnetic vector measurement equipment with visual 3D graphics requires image processing with the help of a PC.The size of the PC and the scanning equipment is large,and it is impossible to carry out portable measurements.With the development of embedded technology,the paper proposes a portable graphical magnetic vector measurement system based on ARM processor.The thesis uses three discrete Hall elements to design a handheld magnetic vector sensor probe,and uses an ARM processor instead of a traditional computer for graphical interface design and 3D image processing.It can realize single-point magnetic vector measurement,continuous multi-point magnetic vector timing sampling and space magnetic field scanning function,and display on the 7-inch LCD display with magnetic vector model,gradient color map and space magnetic field distribution cloud map.The thesis uses the DP832 digital power supply,34401A digital multimeter,magnetic field generator and HT201 Gauss meter to build a test environment,and calibrates and tests the three-dimensional magnetic vector sensor.The three-dimensional sensor probe is used to measure the magnetic field distribution around the magnetic object,and finally display it as a 3D model.Experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the system's uniaxial magnetic field can reach±1Gs.The size of the prototype of the measurement system is 196×133×40mm~3,the weight is 0.825kg,and the endurance time is 10h.The research and manufacture of the portable graphical magnetic vector measurement system are realized.
