Millimeter wave passive component is an important part of the millimeter-wave circuit system.When the trend of miniaturization and integration in active circuits speeds up more obviously,passive devices can be the key factors to control the size of millimeter-wave circuit systems.Most of The passive components in the traditional V-band TR components are metal waveguide structures.They are not only bulky,but also need to add additional switching interconnection structure when connected with other active circuits in the system.It makes large volume and high complexity of the system.In the recent years,the continuous structure of the microwave structure can be used to design and manufacture millimeter-wave passive devices.So this thesis will focus on these points:realizing different kinds of millimeter-wave passive devices with planarization structure,miniaturizing planar structure with millimeter wave passive Device miniaturization and designing broadband.This thesis mainly includes microwave-based multilayer board directional coupler,broadband power splitter and a SIW bandpass filter design.The directional coupler is designed by using the stereo matching interconnection structure of the microstrip and the circular groove to realize the UWB performance and miniaturization target in the V-band.The broadband power distributor adopts the microstrip-trough vertical transition structure,and the groove structure is located in the middle layer of the multilayer structure.It utilizes the vertical coupling transition of the microstrip and the trough and the appropriate end-loading to realize the broadband design of the power divider,while the use of the three-dimensional structure gives it a miniaturization advantage.Finally,a V-band band-pass filter is designed with the SIW structure.The filter improves the out-of-band suppression performance by using the coupling window in the single-layer structure,and obtains a pair of finite transmission points.The suppression below the passband can be reached as 45dB.The designs of the three planar passive devices in this paper will be benefit for the miniaturization of the V-band TR components and the reduction of the structural complexity in the system,which has great engineering value in application.
