This paper is based on the news releasing system which was accomplished by J2EE technology.In order to solve the shortcomings that traditional news releasing system usually mechanically send news,which is more targeted for the news information released by the company and increase the number of visits to the website.As for the Improving of the news releasing system,it needs to add a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm.The news releasing system with recommendation algorithm helps users get news that they interested in quickly and accurately.This paper first summarizes the characteristics of the current news releasing system,then introduces the requirements and functions of the news releasing system,and finally it selects the appropriate development technology to complete the Web-based news releasing system.After testing,the system can effectively achieve the desired function.After researching and analyzing,this paper make the readers understands the specific needs of the news releasing system,and conducts a feasibility analysis of the system,and finally determines the technology and method of the system.The system chooses to use the B/S architectural pattern,the database chooses SQL SERVER2010,the programming language selects the Java language,and the UML tool is used,which can effectively realize the functions,and meet the requirements of performance and security.The E-R diagram is used in the design of the system database,by using this form,it can more specifically display the entities and attributes involved in the system,and then design the data tables that are needed to be used in this system to meet the requirements of data management and maintenance.
