In recent years,with the continuous progress and development of computer technology,chip technology,software technology and network technology.The progress of various technologies and the integration of their applications will undoubtedly play a vital role in promoting the whole monitoring system industry.This paper discusses an IPC network camera system based on 3516 A processor.The project described in this paper is based on the development of the first processor in the field of video surveillance,Hisilicon 3516 A processor.The hardware module is verified by MIS 1003 of a company and provides 100 m Ethernet interface.Software module mainly introduces the Linux development environment,u-boot,kernel and file system of the whole process of migration.The technical core of the system is the drive development of image sensor and image debugging.Among them,the driver development of the image sensor includes the driver development of the configuration communication interface of the image sensor,namely IIC interface,and the data output interface of the image sensor,namely sub-LVDS driver development.The image debugging module mainly involves basic image debugging based on Hisilicon ISP,including BLC,AWB,CCM and so on.Due to the interference of e lectromagnetic waves and other signals outside the system,the movement of the mechanical mechanism of the system,the thermal effect of the devices in the internal circuit of the system and other factors,the actual image contains noise.In this paper,the noise detection and CHKS-SVR filtering algorithm based on HVS are studied and written to denoise the output image.The CHKS-SVR denoising algorithm is compared with the median filtering denoising algorithm and the mean filtering denoising algorithm,and the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)of each image is calculated,which is used to evaluate the denoising quality of each denoising algorithm.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively filter out the high-density noise of the image,and protect the details of the image better and restore the image better.Finally,this paper makes an alternative research on the image sensor developed by the company and other mainstream image sensors,and puts forward the prospect of the corresponding system improvement.
