Research On Knowledge Co-occurrence Based On Potential Topic Mining

With the rapid development of science and technology,the degree of interdisciplinary degree is getting deeper and deeper.Because of the emergence of massive data information,it is difficult for traditional literature retrieval methods to obtain effective information.How to obtain the potential knowledge structure in the subject area from a large number of documents is a research hotspot of library and information science.In the scientific system,a discipline often has its own clear research content and relatively mature research methods,and has a core leading scientific researcher.The research content generally reflects the research focus and trends in this field.The research method basically reflects the combination mode of mainstream knowledge,and the core author leads the research direction of the discipline.In view of this,this study will take the subject of library and information science as an example,explore the potential subjects of the literature,construct a "content-method" co-occurrence relationship,and "author-content-method" co-occurrence relationship,and reveal the potential knowledge structure in the subject area.The article is divided into five parts.The introduction focuses on the research purpose and significance,the research status and trends of knowledge co-occurrence at home and abroad,research methods and major innovations.The relevant theories and their analytical methods are discussed in Chapter 2.Firstly,the definition of co-occurrence theory and topic co-occurrence network in the topic co-occurrence network is discussed.Then,the concept of the topic model and the application of the topic model in academic literature mining are outlined.Chapter 3 takes Information Science & Library Science(ISLS)as an example.Select 18 core journal articles of library and information science in the CNKI database.The literature was published in the past ten years,and the LDA topic model was used to obtain potential topics,and the topics were divided into content attributes and method attributes.A "content-method" co-occurrence analysis method based on LDA topic model is proposed.This co-occurrence analysis method helps to analyze the close relationship between research content and research methods in the subject area.The "content method" 2-mode network is constructed,and the correlation between research content or research content and research methods can be easily found.The fourth chapter is based on the third chapter,considering the topic attribute,the author is integrated into the network,aiming to build the "author-content-method" multiple co-occurrence network model,and then get the core author of the field.Exploring research methods for analyzing content provides a guiding role for authors to engage in relevant content research.In theory,it is a rich and extended method of heterogeneous co-occurrence analysis.In practice,it can provide new ideas for discovering the potential relationship between research content and research methods in the subject area.The study found that the core authors of library and information science are Junping Qiu,Ping Ke,Ximing Xiao,etc.Hot research content includes knowledge management,digital library,Internet sensation,data mining,big data,etc.More research methods are applied,such as theoretical research,bibliometrics,empirical and research,and creation of models(framework).The "content-method" association group with close contact in the field of library and information science has "public library-positive and investigation research" and "network public opinion-creation model(framework)" and so on.The "author-content-method" association group has "Subject-1 information resource—Feicheng Ma—Method-6 theoretical research","Subject-3 cloud computing —Chen Chen —Method-10 creation model(framework)" and so on.The ?content-method? co-occurrence relationship and the ?author-content-method? co-occurrence relationship can reveal the close relationship between the research content and research methods in the subject area,and the relationship between the author and the research content and research methods.It has been a methodological guide for the later scholars to carry out content research.It has practical and operability,and plays a positive leading role in the rapid development of the subject area.
