With the rapid development of computer technology and robot technology,the concept of flexible manufacturing has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Logistics robot is a typical equipment of flexible manufacturing system.In this paper,an anti freezing and corrosion resistant logistics robot is designed according to the requirement of a factory.Kinematics analysis and dynamics analysis of the logistics robot are carried out,and the corresponding simulation research is completed by virtual prototyping.Firstly,according to the design requirements of the logistics robot,overall design are carried on and the functional modules of the logistics robot are designed and selected,and the parameters and model selection of the key electrical components and structures of the logistics robot are chosen.Then,the 3D modeling of each part of the robot is carried out by using SOLIDWORKS,and each part is assembled into a logistics robot.Secondly,the logistics robot shock absorption system is researched,including the analysis of polyurethane viscoelastic mechanical properties,analysis of orbital excitation,completed the polyurethane viscoelastic constitutive equations and the synthesis of track incentive.Lastly,simulate the ride of the logistics robot by MATLAB/SIMULINK,and get the parameters of the polyurethane damping block.Then,the mobility of the logistics robot is analyzed,and the turning process of the logistics robot is analyzed.At the same time,the geometry model and physical model of the logistics robot are established,and the kinematic simulation of the turning speed,the turning radius and the four wheel turn speed of the logistics robot are carried out by using ADAMS.Furthermore,the force of the robot is analyzed when the robot runs in a straight line,and the dynamic geometric model and multi rigid body system model of the logistics robot are established.The dynamic simulation of the starting torque,acceleration torque,the speed,the displacement,the air resistance and the lateral displacement of the logistics robot under the linear condition are carried out by using ADAMS.Finally,the physical performance test and the single line flow test of the robot are carried out.The completed robot scheme design and robot's shock absorption system research as well as robot's kinematics and dynamics analysis have made a premise foundation for further research on the subject and supply some experiences to the development of the logistics robot.
