Hotel Marketing Management System

With the rapid development of the hotel industry,it puts forward higher requirements for the hotel management.Hotel intelligence,personalization of operation,humanization of service and efficiency of management all determine the competitiveness of the hotel.At present,most of the small and medium-sized hotels use a general-purpose management system.Their business and management models are not targeted,and they do not have distinction and cannot be differentiated.A suitable information system can improve hotel management efficiency,reduce costs,integrate hotel resources,and improve customer satisfaction.The differentiated services and the customized services for the consumers can effectively improve the wholel image of the hotel and promote the management level.The research object of this paper is subordinate hotels in the industry mainly based on conference reception.The current conference reception mode has unbalanced distribution of hotel resources.Unplanned departmental resource transfers limit the hotel's meeting capacity.According to the hotel management characteristics,the paper needs analysis.Through resource allocation and scheduling algorithms,the conference room,guest room,and restaurant resources are effectively optimized and combined,forming a resource combination corresponding to the number of conference receptions to maximize the conference reception.The system simplifies the conference reception process,makes the marketing department management more scientific,improve resource utilization,give full play to the role of General Marketing Command.The interactivity of the marketing management system,providing a variety of information services,achieving unrestricted access to data synchronization.
