Analysis And Design Of The Automatic Opening Management System For Dedicated Line Services In The Telecommunications Industry

According to the NO 886 document,"The notification about replacing copper cable by fibre-optical,China Telecom 's work guidance on IT,2010",issue by China Telecom in 2010,replacing copper cable by fibre-optical is one of the most important developing mission of the enterpriseon on current and in the future.Along with the China Telecom's strategy about network accessing transformation,the requirements for back-end OSS operation supporting system are increasingly high.By "the centralized management,centralized control,centralized maintenance"principle,China Telecom will keep constructing the network management system,improving the capability of centralized monitoring and management on network.Based on the author's project background in work and the current situation of domestic and foreign research,this paper expounds the important significance and engineering construction goal of the project development,full communication with the user to determine the project design principle and architecture,discusses the key technologies used in development process of the project,including line automatically opening,line management,WebServices interface,opening template,open process procedure technology,dedicated service configuration.This project is mainly about collecting network parameters from the whole network,improving the capability of automatic configuration,activation and adjusting of the dedicated line access service,providing unified management of multi vendor,full automatic accessing of various line and equipment.In this paper,we detail the demand of dedicated line service management,including the demand extent of the line automatic opening,business demands and difficult point in demands,explore a new ideas of manually replacing construction design by automatic line opening template.Then the system can provide full automation of line opening,the special characteristics of the dedicated line opening management system in monitoring,opening,statistics,forecasting and so on can be brought into play.The paper mainly analyzes the processing of line opening,the establishment of dedicated service opening template,and the details of demand designing and development preparation in various opening scene.The paper also details the stability and convenience of the system,the standardization of the network management system.According to the demands of the implementation details and goal of the line opening management,the paper outlines the design of the overall system architecture,function architecture,opening modular architecture and various opening scene,and details the structure implementation of special business system,the implementation of the system function in the project,include receiving,opening monitoring and establishing of dedicated line work order,and centralized management of dedicated line clients etc..The design of the test procedure and the test case of the core opening functions of the dedicated line system have been detailed in the paper.Providing professional support for large customer service line,the system bring standardized management and refined operation into reality for the telecommunication industry.Finally the purpose of research and development of the project is reached.
