Research On SCR-based Filters

FBG sensor is a type of passive sensor and has the unique advantage of wavelength encoding,has been widely used in electricity,bridges,oil and chemical industry.With the FBG sensor production process matures,its signal demodulation technology's cost and precision become FBG sensors promote the use of the main constraints.Practical engineering tests proved that the use of wavelength scanning and calibration can be the best demodulation accuracy,so how to achieve low-cost,high-precision,high-speed scanning tunable filter become a research focus.In this paper,we have detailed study of the FBG sensors' basic principles,applications and signal demodulation method,on the basis of this analyzed the trends of signal demodulation technology.For conventional PZT-based piezoelectric ceramic fiber FP filter tuning driving slow,poor linearity,bulky and other issues,combined production of semiconductor silicon processing technology research Bragg grating technology,the coupled-wave theory,production methods and processes silicon gratings has been systematically studied,used RSOFT software and COMSOL software to simulation analysis the parameters of silicon grating's wavelength properties,spectral width and three-dimensional structure of the light field pattern characteristic,then have determined the basic geometric parameters of silicon grating,and on this basis,studied the silicon grating thermal in the current and voltage tuning method of tuning the refractive index and implementations,silicon grating filter proposed a filler material grapheme.Systematic study of the process to manufacture silicon grating,deesigned of an integrated electric circulator silicon grating filter structure,and through fixed V-groove fiber,reducing coupling loss between the fiber and the waveguide.This paper designed a silicon grating with electrically tuning by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,to be the foundation for the preparation of small,low-cost,high-speed FBG sensor wavelength scanning demodulation filter.
