Tennis is a sport loved by people of all ages. Its moderate intensity and high exercise value have gradually attracted more people to participate in it.China’s tennis starts late and has a poor foundation.Although Chinese women’s tennis players have achieved certain results in world competitions, the performance of men’s professional tennis players has not been satisfactory.Tennis originated from western countries, and there are very big differences between the races of the western countries and the East Asian race. Our neighboring country,Japan, and our country have a relationship of a strip of water. The difference in race is small,so the physiological basis of Japanese male tennis players is It’s basically the same as us,but the Japanese men’s tennis players have achieved better results than us,largely due to the differences in the athlete training models of the two countries.Japan’s position in the world rankings is mainly due to the fact that Japan has no faults during the training of tennis players. From the 1980 s and 1990 s,it still adheres to the cultivation route of its own characteristics. The source of good results is excellent athletes, but the source of excellent athletes is a very large and complicated job.A series of processes from the selection of children and adolescents to the eventual participation in world-class competition are inseparable from a key wordtalent development. Therefore, the problem of talent training of male tennis players in China is a key breakthrough point, and how to improve the level of the training model of male tennis players in China is a very important problem.Based on the existing related research, this study compares and studies the training models of male tennis players in China and Japan through literature data methods, expert interview methods, comparison methods, mathematical statistics methods, etc.,and concludes that it is suitable for China.Men’s tennis development path.On this basis,by comparing Japan’s advantages and combining with China’s development,we can learn from experience and lessons, and provide experience for the development of national men’s tennis, with a view to promoting the coordinated development of China’s men’s tennis and athletes.Found in study:(One)The selection base of men’s tennis in China is small and the quality of players is poor.At the same time, people still have bad stereotypes about youths’ participation in sports and tennis.Japan attaches great importance to the construction of campus tennis courses and the cultivation of mass tennis population.(Two)The coordinating work between the sports department of the government nature and non-governmental sports organizations of the non-governmental nature is conducive tothe exertion of the macro-control role of the government department and a more active mobilization of the power of the private organizations. In our nationwide system, government agencies are both the managers of the entire sports industry and the organizers of sports-related activities. The power of government agencies is too concentrated.(Three)The training system of Chinese athletes has always adopted the "three-level training network",and professional tennis players have adopted a "self-practice" training system. However,Japan is basically a typical market-based training model. When adolescents accepted the training model of professional teams, they began to fly alone and accepted the market-based training model.China’s tennis coaches have rich career experience, but the theoretical system learning experience is often relatively small, the experience is greater than the science, and the ability to innovate, research and self-improvement is generally low.(Four)China’s male tennis players generally participate in less world-class events, players play in the process of the game is not stable, did not form their own unique and adapt to the current stage of the game style of play, prominent reflected in the serve change less, return service instability, less tactical application and poor effect.Japanese men’s professional tennis players have emphasized "quick, accurate, changeable, flexible and comprehensive" technical and tactical styles and "ideal fighting spirit, dare to fight and fight" mentality in their childhood education. |
