Research On The Training Of Two National Teams In My Country's Nordic Countries

After the successful bid for Beijing in 2022,the Nordic Combined will be one of the strategic goals for this comprehensive competition.Although this project is a popular project at the Winter Olympics,it is still an unpopular niche project in China.At present,there is a large gap in the Nordic combined.In the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,the country has a goal of comprehensive participation.In order to achieve this goal,17 national teams are working hard.Under such circumstances,the in-depth comparison and analysis of the current challenges facing the Chinese and Nordic national teams,and put forward development countermeasures.Put forward reference suggestions for the preparation of the two Nordic national teams for the 2022 Winter Olympics,and promote the development of the two Nordic sports in China.This article analyzes the basic situation of the athletes and coaches of the Nordic combined teams in the country through the methods of literature,field investigation,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.Comparative analysis.According to the analysis results,the following problems are found: the Nordic Combined team training methods are not flexible,the training time is not enough,there are safety problems in training and competition,the training environment and equipment are not ideal,the reserve talent is insufficient,the athletes' subjective initiative and political awareness Room for improvement.Through comparative analysis and analysis of the problems found,the following development suggestions are proposed: increasing the training time to enhance aerobic capacity,employing high-level coaches while the Chinese coach assists in learning and learning,measures to enhance the safety of ski jumping,Select suitable venues for overseas training,increase capital investment to improve training environment and conditions,focus on talent selection,increase athletes 'back talent pool,increase athletes' endogenous motivation,and strengthen political and ideological education.
