The teaching of Public Physical Education in Colleges and universities is an important part of talent training.In order to better solve the current problems of physical fitness,sports interest and skill development faced by college students in sports,Shanghai Municipal Education Commission officially launched the "personalized" reform pilot work of University Public Physical Education Curriculum in 2016.This study is based on the background of the individualized reform of College Students' Physical Education in Shanghai.Through the investigation of the influence of personality characteristics on the satisfaction of College Students' physical education,and the verification of the mediating effect of fluency of personality characteristics and the regulating effect of difficulty in physical education,the mechanism of improving the satisfaction of physical education of college students with different personality characteristics is studied.Through the analysis of the influence mechanism of College Students' personality characteristics on the satisfaction of physical education,we can help to explore more channels to improve the satisfaction of physical education,so as to open up the direction of promoting the personalized reform of college physical education.Research tools: 876 students of Public Physical Education in 10 universities in Shanghai were investigated by using big five scale,trait fluency scale,satisfaction scale and difficulty scale.Research methods: literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used.Spss22.0 is mainly used to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,reliability test,project analysis and correlation analysis on the data,and model 4(simple intermediary model)and model 59(adjusted intermediary model)in SPSS macro compiled by Hayes are used to carry out modeling test;amos22.0 is used to carry out confirmatory factor analysis.The results show that the personality of college students,the sense of fluency in the process of physical education,the difficulty of physical education class and the satisfaction of physical education class have significant influence.The trait fluency is the intermediary variable of the relationship between the big five personality and the satisfaction of physical education class.The path before and after the intermediary process and the direct path are all regulated by the difficulty of physical education class.According to the research results and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn.1.Personality traits have a predictive effect on PE class satisfaction,among which openness,preciseness,agreeableness and extroversion have a significant positive impact on PE class satisfaction,while neuroticism has a significant negative impact on PE class satisfaction.2.Personality will have an indirect impact on the satisfaction of PE class through the intermediary effect of fluency.3.The adjustment of the difficulty of physical education class has a significant effect on the satisfaction of physical education class through the smooth characteristics of intermediary variables.The direct prediction effect of personality traits on the satisfaction of PE class and the intermediary effect of fluency will be regulated by the difficulty of PE class.4.The difference of the satisfaction degree of College Students' physical education can be attributed to their unique personality characteristics.It is one of the ways to promote the physical and mental health of college students and improve the satisfaction degree of College Students' physical education to change the satisfaction degree of college students to physical education from the aspects of the fluency of characteristics and the difficulty degree of courses,to develop the positive personality characteristics(openness,agreeableness,extroversion and preciseness)and to alleviate the spiritual and qualitative tendency Effective strategy.
