Research On The Motivation Of Women's Cosmetic Surgery Under The Discourse Power System

In today's era,the economy and society are developing rapidly,people's income level is constantly increasing,and the consumption structure has also changed.Cosmetic surgery,as an emerging body consumption model,has also entered the lives of ordinary people.The academic community has always paid a lot of attention to the act of plastic surgery,and the motivation of female cosmetic surgery has also become one of the focuses of debate among many scholars.In order to respond to this problem,in the research of this article,based on Foucault's discourse power theory,the author uses interview and observation methods to conduct interviews and surveys of female beauty seekers in beauty and plastic surgery institutions.Through the observation of female beauty seekers and the analysis of interview materials,the author realizes that women's cosmetic surgery is the result of the double interaction of self-construction and social construction,and is the power system of dialogue language brought about by the anxiety or uneasiness in the process of social structural change obedience or resistance is the dialectical unity of initiative and passiveness.
