The traditional "cramming" teaching method neglects the dominant role of students and to a great extent affects their enthusiasm and initiative,which is not conducive to the implementation of quality education,especially to the cultivation of the core quality of history subject.In the new century,under the background of the curriculum reform of basic education,by reflecting on the disadvantages of traditional methods and combine with the actual situation of our school,we put forward and try to practice the "Five-ring Guiding Method",and some effects and experience are achieved.Adopting the method of literature reading,case analysis,induction and summary,this paper combines with the author's teaching practice to make a systematic study of the "Five-ring Guiding method",on the basis of fully studying the research results at home and abroad.The first part is the introduction,including the background,domestic and foreign research status,as well as the main content,method and value of this research.The second part expounds the basic concept and theoretical basis of "Five-ring Guiding Method".The third part discusses the principles and basic links of "Five-ring Guiding Method" in high school history teaching.The fourth part,combined with the author's many years of teaching practice of specific cases,focuses on the specific methods of the application of "Five-ring Guiding Method" in high school history teaching.The fifth part states the effect analysis,existing problems and reflection of using the "Five-ring Guiding Method".The sixth part,the conclusion,points out that the "Five-ring Guiding Method" is still in the exploratory stage in practice,which needs further research and improvement.
