Classroom questioning is one of the teachers ’important teaching skills,and it plays an important role in the development of students’ thinking,problem-solving ability and creative ability.The level of teacher’s questions will directly affect the development of students.Novice teachers are the fresh blood of the teacher team and the mainstay of the future.Therefore,this research uses the literature method,video analysis method and interview method to research and analyze the current situation of classroom questions of novice teachers.It Helps novice teachers to recognize their shortcomings and make corrections,so as to optimize the novice teacher team and speed up the transformation of novice teachers to expert teachers,and also provides a certain reference for relevant departments to pre-service and post-service training of novice teachers.In this study,four novice teachers were selected as cases,and the teaching videos of the "Graphics and Geometry" part were recorded.The Nvivo11 software was used to analyze the classroom questions of novice teachers from the six dimensions of the number of classroom questions,the types of questions,the way of asking questions,the waiting time,who chooses to answer the questions,and the feedback methods.Find the problems.And through interviews,understand what may cause these problems.Finally,puts forward the corresponding suggestions.Through the analysis of instructional video,this study found the problems that novice teachers asked in class:(1)The number of questions is large.(2)The proportion of classroom questioning types is unbalanced: the proportion of simple questions is relatively large,especially for mechanical questions;and the proportion of metacognitive questions in complex questions is relatively small.(3)The questioning method in class is mainly "direct questioning",but "setting questions" and "reverse questions" rarely occur.(4)Lack of attention to those who did not raise their hands.(5)The waiting time is generally shorter.(6)The proportion of low-level feedback is large: in particular,the proportion of "suggestion" is large;Lack of encouraging language for students;Rarely uses questions to inspire students.And through interviews to analyze the reasons.Finally,according to the deficiencies of classroom questions of novice teachers,make relevant suggestions for the teaching of novice teachers and related departments for the training of novice teachers.
