Based on the background of the new round of curriculum reform and the development goal of comprehensive education,there are higher requirements for the cultivation of students' independent learning ability.The purpose is to make students' learning style change from passive to active,fully ensure students' subjectivity in learning,and then better play the role of Teachers' guidance.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,teachers pay great attention to the cultivation of students' learning ability at different levels.By collecting and sorting out the literature about the current situation of students' mathematics autonomous learning ability,they learn the theory of high school mathematics autonomous learning.This paper is divided into five parts to study and elaborate.The first part is about the research background,research significance and research methods.The second part mainly discusses the related concepts and the research status at home and abroad of high school mathematics autonomous learning.As the theoretical basis for the experiment,it emphasizes the importance of autonomous learning for the high school stage.The third part shows the experimental research design used in this paper,including several steps of research purpose,research object,research tool and research method to improve the actual teaching efficiency,and puts forward the teaching method of self-learning with three stages and five links under the concept of "stimulating thinking and learning autonomy".The specific implementation content is in chapter four.The fourth part,the third chapter,takes the questionnaire survey and experimental feedback as the main form,through two rounds of specially arranged experimental teaching,to investigate and analyze the relevant aspects of students' autonomous mathematics learning.After two rounds of experimental teaching for six months,the conclusion is drawn by comparing the improvement of the test results of the two rounds of experiments between the experimental class and the control class,as well as the differences between the students' feedback before and after the questionnaires.The fifth part,mainly divided into independent learning teaching summary and suggestions.This experiment has achieved some results,but there are some problems in the whole teaching experiment,so the experiment needs to be further improved,but the experimental results show that it is worth further development and improvement.In this paper,the theory and practice of two aspects to support the demonstration of self-learning mode is very helpful to the teaching of front-line teachers,continue to carry out teaching practice and exploration in the work unit,give further operational measures,means,teaching cases,etc.
