Core literacy is the theme of a new round of education reform. It is a talent training requirement formulated by China to face the new challenges of the 21st century.Discipline literacy is the concrete manifestation of core literacy, reflecting the basic requirements and disciplinary characteristics of core literacy under the core values of socialism. The cultivation of students' core literacy cannot be separated from the development of subject literacy. In order to implement the fundamental task of "building people with moral character",teachers should explore the path and model of cultivating chemical literacy in the teaching of chemistry subject. The new chemistry curriculum standard for the first time proposes evaluation goals, emphasizing the implementation of "teaching, learning, and evaluation" integrated teaching to promote the development of students' core literacy. This research focuses on the design of teaching goals and evaluation goals, and adopts a goal-oriented teaching model. The teaching objectives are determined according to the content standards in the curriculum standards;the evaluation objectives are determined according to the academic quality standards in the curriculum standards.Taking the fourth chapter of the "Essentials of Organic Chemistry" in the Human Education Edition as an example, the fourth chapter "Basic Organic Chemical Substances in Life" is used as an example to discuss the implementation of integrated teaching evaluation based on the study case.Teaching practice has shown that carrying out situational teaching and evaluation with real and complex situations as the carrier, and integrating evaluation and teaching organically can improve students' understanding and facilitate the cultivation of chemical literacy.
