| Deep learning is the need of children’s lifelong learning and development.In recent years,children’s deep learning has attracted extensive attention from researchers,and front-line preschool teachers have begun to shift from paying attention to children’s "what to learn" to "how to learn".How to support children’s deep learning is an important topic for preschool educators.The researchers conducted an in-depth study on the support of teachers to children’s deep learning in the theme activities of S kindergarten in shenyang city.They adopted the qualitative research paradigm,used observation,interview,text analysis and other data collection methods,and further summarized and analyzed the data by using the grounded theory and Nvivo11 qualitative analysis software.According to the research,there are four ways for teachers to support children’s deep learning: creating environment and providing materials,that is,children’s "immersive" in the material environment,"emotional expression" in the language environment,and "exploration and creation" in the exploration of low-structure materials.Stimulating motivation and generating activities,namely enthusiastic participation under the guidance of interest,true thinking under the guidance of true questions,and deep exploration inspired by teacher-child interaction;To empower and explore independently,that is,to support children to explore enthusiastically,to read children’s "voice",to create a "safe zone" of expression;Summary of experience and exchange of reflection,that is,the intuitive presentation of experience,integration and deep analysis.The quadruple path is a dynamic process of cyclic propulsion.Based on this,the four pairs of characteristics of teachers supporting children’s deep learning are analyzed and concluded: presupposition and generation,permeability and externality,interactivity and white space,continuity and circulation.It also analyzes the influencing factors of teachers’ support for children’s deep learning from kindergarten and individual level.By deeply analyzing the paths,characteristics and influencing factors of teachers’ support for children’s deep learning,the researchers put forward educational Suggestions from the perspectives of teachers and kindergartens.Among them,there are three Suggestions to thekindergarten: to build a "learning community",to build the learning ecology of the kindergarten;Create "power space" and improve teachers’ curriculum leadership;To provide a diversified growth platform to comprehensively enhance the support ability of teachers.There are four Suggestions for teachers: to maintain an "empty cup mentality",in learning and reflection to read children’s activities;Use "growth" to infiltrate "growth",pay attention to the growth of children in the course of generation;Focusing on the deep interaction between teachers and children to promote children’s "iterative learning";Attach importance to children’s independent inquiry,help children in the deep experience of activities. |
