With the all-round development of China's politics,economy and society,private education has met people's growing cultural and educational needs and has become an important part of China's education.However,in the process of rapid development of private education,the legitimate rights and interests of teachers in private schools have not been effectively protected,and the dominant position in educational and teaching activities has not been fully recognized.The loss of teachers in private schools has become one of the important problems restricting the development of private education in our country.Based on the field of education management,this study takes S private junior high school teachers in Liaoyang City as the research object to inspect the characteristics of the loss of private junior high school teachers,and analyze the causes of the loss of private junior high school teachers from the perspective of educational management activities,and then puts forward countermeasures.This is of great significance for strengthening the occupational security of teachers in private schools,improving the quality of education management,accelerating the professional development of teachers and ultimately promoting the all-round development of private junior high school students.By using the self-compiled questionnaire of teachers' mobility in private schools to obtain the survey data,this paper analyzes the structural and flow characteristics of teachers' turnover in S private junior high schools in Liaoyang City,and explores the influencing factors of teachers' turnover in private junior high schools from the perspective of teachers' job satisfaction.The results of the survey show that,Liaoyang S private junior high school teachers' turnover presents the structural characteristics of young teachers and low-age teachers with bachelor degree as well as diversified flow characteristics.Private junior high school teachers' dissatisfaction with salary,school management mechanism and personal career development are the important influencing factors of teacher turnover.The reasons of the loss of teachers in private junior high schools are not only for the state's policies to protect the rights and interests of teachers in private schools,but also for the inadequacy of management mechanisms and methods in private schools due to the pressure of survival.In addition,the contradiction between the needs of teachers in private schools to pursue personal development and growth and many management activities in schools is also an importantreason.Through the investigation and study of teachers' loss in private junior high schools,and drawing lessons from the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the management strategies of teachers' loss in private junior high schools from the aspects of perfecting the policies for protecting teachers' rights and interests in private junior high schools,perfecting the management mechanism of teachers' ranks in private junior high schools,and strengthening the professional development of teachers in private junior high schools.
