The continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities across the country has increased the employment pressure of the society as a whole.The shortage of jobs leads to the increasing pressure of competition for new graduates,and the employment rate of colleges and universities has decreased year by year.In 2014,after premier li keqiang put forward the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" at the davos forum,the state began to attach importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education,especially the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.In March 2015,premier li keqiang once again stressed in his report on the government that innovation and entrepreneurship are the top priorities for the future development of universities.Since then,the state has put forward and implemented a variety of policies to support universities in carrying out education on innovation and entrepreneurship and encourage college students to start their own businesses.Under the favorable social and policy environment,the innovation and entrepreneurship wave of college students has reached an unprecedented high.The innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities for college students in dandong city have increased compared with the past.Even so,there are still many problems in the implementation process of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,such as the deviation of the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the formalization of innovation and entrepreneurship education from colleges and universities to teachers and students.The curriculum is not reasonable,the content is not rich,not with the relevant professional combination is mostly theoretical knowledge,lack of practice.The lack of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship and thelack of regular training make teachers’ thinking and knowledge system out of step with social development.In addition,the school only pays attention to the education of students in the theoretical knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship,lacks the corresponding practice platform,and the knowledge learned by students cannot be applied to practice,resulting in the contradiction.Facing the above problems,colleges and universities should not only change the traditional education mode,but also break through the limitation of courses.The government should also provide policy and financial support,and the society should also provide a corresponding practice platform for college students.The cooperation among universities,government and society is of far-reaching significance for the long-term development of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities in dandong.In view of this,this paper,by means of literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis,takes the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in dandong city as the foothold,analyzes the existing problems,the causes of the problems and the corresponding Suggestions.The basic framework of this paper is: the first part,introduction.Collect subject-related periodicals,newspapers,master’s theses,doctoral theses,magazines and other channels through the Internet and library,and sort out the collected materials,and determine the research background and significance in the introduction to lay a foundation for the development of the following topic.At the same time,it also summarizes and classifies the previous researches on innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is the research status of this paper at home and abroad.The second part is the definition of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Summarize the concepts of innovation,entrepreneurship,innovation education,entrepreneurship education and innovation and entrepreneurship education and define the specific relationship among them.At the same time,the theoretical basis of this paper is put forward.The third part expounds the development status of innovation andentrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in dandong.It also points out that there are four problems in colleges and universities in dandong: the cognitive deviation of educational concept,the unreasonable curriculum,the shortage of teachers,and the disconnection between educational theory and practice.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in dandong city,and points out the roles played by colleges,government and society in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities in dandong city and how to influence the development of innovation and entrepreneurship by applying the triple helix theory.The fifth part aims to provide effective and referential countermeasures for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in dandong city.It clearly points out that universities,government and society need to improve the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
