| Based on the classroom changes brought about by the new curriculum reform and the inherent requirements of the development of education informatization,online course resources have gradually become a key reference and reference for teachers’ classroom teaching activities.The application of online course resources has not only received teachers’ attention,but also becomes education Hot topics for researchers.Chinese,as a basic discipline,has played a key role in the development of students’ worldview,outlook and values,and information education is generally recognized by students.Therefore,it is of great significance to attach importance to the application of online course resources for Chinese courses at the stage of compulsory education to promote the improvement and development of students’ core literacy,promote the improvement of teachers’ professional literacy,and improve the relevant theories of online course resources.On the basis of curriculum resources,online course resources,which are subordinate concepts as course resources,are combined with the era of educational informationization to develop curriculum resources into popular and easily available resources,which expands the source of curriculum resources and breaks through the use of curriculum resources as well as limitation of school and space.And "school-based" as a necessary condition for the application of network curriculum resources,in accordance with the will of the national curriculum,according to the school’s specific conditions and the development of students,the school-based application of network curriculum resources.In teaching,teachers use online course resources to conduct classroom teaching activities.It is not a single supplementary material for students to expand as an expanding material,nor is it to use multimedia to copy the textbook content,but as a supplementary means and teaching resources to cater to the era of educational information and ensure the quality of education and teaching.The effective development and utilization of online course resources is a necessary condition to promote the comprehensive development of students,promote the professional growth of teachers,improve the quality of classroom teaching,and achieve teaching goals.The scope and content of online course resources are very complex,and its application needs to break the traditional concept of classroom teaching and analyze the various elements of online course resources.By retrieving and sorting out the literature and classifying the research direction of the literature,the studyof online course resources is divided into four aspects,namely the development,integration,construction,and application of online course resources.From these four aspects,this study summarizes relevant theories and makes practical investigations.In this study,the author chose a primary school in Q City,Shandong Province for field investigation.Since most of the primary schools in Shandong did not popularize "smart classrooms",the author limited the research object to a school with a comprehensive multimedia equipment and campus network when choosing a school,which are universally representative.Through investigation,it is found that in terms of the integration of online course resources,the problems faced by teachers in the process of selecting online resources are mainly that the current online course resources cannot meet the needs of teachers,which is because of the complexity of resources,payment and the update speed is slow.In terms of the construction of online course resources,the school’s understanding of the teaching resource bank tends to be one-sided,and the importance of the current construction of the teaching resource bank has not been recognized.This aspect is due to various inspections and appraisal of higher-level departments.With too much energy occupied,teachers are helpless in the construction of teaching resource banks.On the other hand,because the teaching resource banks of various schools are still in their infancy;In terms of the application of network course resources,the problem that teachers face the simplification of the form of online course resources,which is directly related to the teachers’ educational concepts and teaching literacy;The other more important problem is that the lack of correct guidance for teachers to use the online course resources reasonably,which is related to the physical and mental development of students and Teachers’ guidance.In response to various problems,the author,through the study of the SECI model,has established a close relationship with online course resources.Based on the SECI model,a model of school-based application of online course resources has been established,respectively in the network curriculum resources development,integration,construction and application,the four aspects respectively is based on the teachers’ individual cognitive network curriculum resources development and design,based on resources sharing network curriculum resources integration design,based on the teaching resource of network curriculum resources construction design,based on network curriculum resources application design,and classroom teaching.The final application result has become theindividual knowledge of the teacher again,hat is,the process of school-based application of network course resources is a spiral and continuous improvement process.The school-based application model of online course resources based on the SECI model provides guiding suggestions for the practical application of online course resources.In view of the problems in the current application process of online course resources,it proposes strategies for teachers,education management departments,schools,student and parent,and classroom teaching.Continuously improve the comprehensive quality of itself to promote the development and integration of online course resources;strengthen the management and supervision of online course resources by the education management department;implement a diverse network course resource sharing model between schools;guide students and parents to face the roleof network curriculum resources;enriching the application forms of network curriculum resources in classroom teaching,etc.After analyzing and finding out the different roles in the entire system,we found that teachers play a key role in the entire process. |
