With the sustainable development of social economy,the aging of population has become the basic national conditions that China will face for a long time in the future.Shandong Province,as a big agricultural province,has a large number of rural elderly population.The construction and improvement of the rural elderly education support system is an important way to ensure the smooth realization of the "rural revitalization strategy".In this study for the construction of the rural elderly education support system of Shandong Province as the research object,through to the rural elderly education staff,government responsibility department staff,old school workers and rural elderly learners' investigation and interview,investigation and analysis of the current problem of the current situation of the rural elderly education support system construction in Shandong Province,through reflection,in Shandong Province is put forward for the construction of the rural elderly education support system strategy,in order to solve the existing problems of the construction of the rural elderly education support system of Shandong Province.This study mainly includes the following five parts:The first part,from the elderly education is an important content of education development in our country,the rural elderly is one of the important groups and geriatric team education support system is important in the development of rural elderly education support three aspects elaborated the selected topic reason of this study,from the aspects of theory and practice this paper expounds the research purpose and significance of this study.This paper expounds the research status of rural education for the aged at home and abroad from the perspective of government,school and community.The research ideas and methods of this study are determined,and the four core concepts of the aged education,the rural aged education,the education support system and the rural aged education support system are defined.The second part,elaborated the Shandong Province countryside old age education support system construction standard research.In theory,system science theory,humanism theory and the polycentric governance theory)and the reality basis(Shandong Province economic and social development demand for older learners-training people in modern society,modern social requirement of rural elderly education jobs-cultivating modern professional people,rural elderly learners demand for rural elderly education support system,the government,the demand for rural elderly education support system),on the basis of the government,school,community and family four level of rural elderly education support system construction in Shandong Province were analyzed the content of the standard,It also tries to put forward the index system of rural elderly education support system construction in Shandong Province from four aspects of government,school,community and family.The third part,in order to status of the rural elderly education support system construction in Shandong Province as the basis,design the questionnaire and interview questionnaire,Dezhou,Weifang,Qingdao,and other cities,respondents involved in different areas,such as rural areas,the villages and towns to the ruralelderly learners through online and offline questionnaires,as well as to the rural elderly education,villages and towns government workers aged school workers and rural community worker interview,in-depth investigation and analysis status of the rural elderly education support system construction in Shandong Province.On the basis of questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the development of rural education support system for the aged in Shandong Province from four aspects,namely government,school for the aged,community and family.Among them,the government level mainly includes activity funds,education laws,regulations and policies,responsible subjects and so on.The level of school for the aged mainly includes education demand,curriculum content,teaching method and teacher level,etc.The community level mainly includes ideas and educational support.The family level mainly includes the sense of emotional care and family economic conditions.Through the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the components of the educational support system,it provides practical basis for the subsequent construction of the educational support system.The fourth part,based on the investigation of the current situation of the construction of rural education support system for the aged in Shandong Province,analyzes the problems in the construction of rural education support system for the aged in Shandong Province from the perspectives of government,schools for the aged,community and family.The problems at the government level mainly focus on the insufficient supply of resources,unclear policies,laws and regulations,and unclear responsibility subjects.The problems at the level of schools for the elderly mainly focus on three aspects: unreasonable curriculum content and schedule,unitary and traditional education mode,and unstable and unprofessional teaching staff.The problems at the community level mainly focus on the lack of community attention and the lack of comprehensive community support.The main problems at the family level are that the awareness of family emotional care needs to be improved and the support of family economic resources needs to be strengthened.The fifth part,based on the problems of the construction of rural education support system for the elderly in Shandong Province and the indicators and standards of construction,puts forward the main strategies for the construction of rural education support system in Shandong Province from the government level,school level for the elderly,rural community level and family level.The government level mainly from the strong financial support from the government,the mechanism of coordination and the allocation of resources,formulate relevant policy documents,to perfect the laws and regulations safeguard system and improve the rural elderly education management system,straighten out the relationship between institutions and strengthen inspection and assessment,urged to improve and perfect the four aspects as advise Suggestions for the construction of the rural elderly education support system.Old school level countermeasures mainly from the focus on student needs,science set up the training target,strengthen the construction of rural education courses,science set up the course content,expand education supply,transformation of the mode of education development and widen the channel of the sources of teachers,strengthening the teachers team construction from four aspects to advise suggestionsfor the construction of the rural elderly education support system.The countermeasures and Suggestions at the level of rural communities mainly include changing the ideology,enhancing the sense of work value,building community service platform,and increasing the activity support and publicity.The opinions and suggestions at the family level mainly include strengthening family support and cooperation and improving family economic conditions.Starting from the four components of the education support system in Shandong Province,namely the government,the school for the aged,the community and the family,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of the rural education support system for the aged in Shandong Province,and provides some suggestions for the subsequent construction of the rural education support system for the aged in Shandong Province.
