Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Management System In Colleges And Universities

With the continuous expansion of the scale of scientific research in universities,the workload of the scientific research management department of the university has increased,and the difficulty of work has increased.Traditional management methods have been difficult to meet the current fast-paced work needs.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of scientific research management in colleges and universities,to find out the needs,it is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to develop a scientific research management system that is practical and easy to use,has complete function modules,convenient management,and high security.The university scientific research management system studied in this article is an information management system that integrates scientific research projects,scientific research results,and scientific research results management based on the actual needs of our university's scientific research management work.I participated in and completed the system platform.Functional design and system development and testing.Based on the business needs of our university's scientific research and management work,this paper mainly does the following research:(1)Through full investigation in the early stage,combined with the current research status,and using a top-down analysis method,a comprehensive feasibility analysis,requirements analysis,data integrity and security analysis of the system were conducted,and the systematic Design goals.(2)According to the system design goals,the architecture of the scientific research management system was determined,and the overall design plan of the system was obtained.It is oriented to scientific researchers and management workers,and is divided into scientific research portals,scientific research results management,scientific project management,scientific performance management,and The system manages five core modules.Define the technical route of system development,adopt the B / S-based development model,use the campus network as the data transmission platform,select SSM and BootStrap as the development framework set,use the SpringMVC framework to implement hierarchical management,and use the MyBatis framework to manipulate the database to build the development environment Select the MySQL organization back-end database.(3)Complete the database concept and physical structure design,develop system function modules,and provide screenshots of the function's operating interface,and realize the research portal function,user login function,research project,research results registration and review function,and scientific research quantification Functions and data visualization functions,display of various statistical reports on query results and service functions exported in excel form,providing data storage and sharing services for scientific research activities of scientific researchers.(4)Completed the functional test of the main function modules,demonstrated the test cases of the main functions of the system,analyzed the test results,and completed the system function detection and performance evaluation.The university's scientific research management system designed and implemented by this system can establish a public query mechanism and realize resource sharing.Staff can work collaboratively without the constraints of time and place,and use electronic forms to collect,submit and transmit various types of scientific research information to achieve business process.Operations such as processing,tracking,querying,statistics,etc.,realize office automation,improve work efficiency,reduce work errors,and create efficient and convenient communication and service mechanisms for scientific research management.
