According to The Chinese Language Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools(2017 Edition),high school teachers are required to implement the curriculum guidelines through learning task groups in order to improve students' core literacy.The curriculum content includes 18 learning task groups,which are further divided into 3 parts,namely,compulsory courses,selectively compulsory courses,and elective courses."The seminar on works of contemporary Chinese writers" is an elective course.As an important part of contemporary Chinese literature,the Lixia River school works vividly present local geography,folk customs,cultures and people's psychology.This paper believes students are able to improve their cultural confidence with a deeper grasp of local culture and an increasing sense of cultural intimacy and identity after studying the school works.Combining the requirements of new curriculum standards with the characteristics of local literature,the paper sets up a seminar on the Lixia River literature during the teaching practice of "the seminar on works of contemporary Chinese writers".According to the teaching guidelines,the elective learning task group for senior students includes 2 credits and 36 class hours.Thus,the seminar on the Lixia River literature is set to 0.5 credits and 9 class hours.This paper established a learning task group for the Chinese language curriculum at high school level,namely,the seminar on the "Lixia River literature" from aspects including teaching design,teaching implementation,teaching evaluation and teaching reflection,featuring the seminar on "the Lixia River literature" school works as the research object,the requirements of the new curriculum standards as the guidance,the textbooks as the starting point,and the improvement of students' core literacy as the goal.This paper mainly includes introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction part briefly presents the research motivation,the research review,the research methods and significance,the research ideas as well as the innovations.The body part is made up of three chapters.The first chapter introduces the seminar on the "CLixia River literature" as a learning task group for the Chinese language curriculum at high school level.To begin with,the meaning and the features of learning tasks and section seminars are interpreted.Then,the terms related to the seminar are defined.Finally,the value for the seminar is explained from perspectives of teachers,student and the Chinese language teaching.The second chapter describes the design and implementation of the Lixia River literature seminar.For one thing,the overall design of the seminar is demonstrated from aspects including design principles,design goals and design content.For another,strategies are shown as exemplified by the seminar on Being Ordained.The third chapter presents the evaluation and reflection of the Lixia River literature seminar through the teaching practice of Being Ordained.First,the evaluation principles and strategies are explained.Then the strengths and weaknesses are summarized during the teaching practice.The conclusion part summarizes the teaching practice study of the seminar on the "Lixia River literature" as a learning task group for the Chinese language curriculum at high school level.Besides,the author points out the work and the direction for further studies.
