With the increasing development of Internet technology and the integration of education concept and information technology,the educational innovation model based on modern information technology appears constantly.In the integration of information technology and the depth of education today,MOOC has become the embodiment of integration of information technology and modern education in depth,become one of the typical ways of teaching way of reconstruction of education,has brought profound influence to the domestic higher education.MOOC is called Massive Open Online Course,which is translated into "large-scale open online courses"".As a new type of education carrier,MOOC provides course learning through the online form,which allows learners to freely choose learning content,time and place,without the limitation of time and space.Secondly,MOOC can be well adapted to the needs of learners' attention by means of short video teaching(usually 10-15 minutes),thus improving learning efficiency and reducing learners' cognitive load.Third,MOOC can help learners make full use of fragmentation time to study,and ensure that learners can access rich information and high-quality educational resources anytime and anywhere.Therefore,MOOC creates a hitherto unknown teaching environment,this can give full play to the leading role of teachers and teaching model to "autonomy inquiry cooperation" features to highlight the status of students and learning,and the students' initiative and enthusiasm are fully played out,the change of teaching the traditional teacher centered,as the "leading main body combination" teaching mode.This paper first discusses the MOOC platform of the research background and significance,introduced the related research at home and abroad,and then analyzed the related technology used in the development platform,including the use of B/S platform architecture,J2EE development platform and Oracle database.Then,on the MOOC platform to carry on the comprehensive demand analysis,completed the functional design of the overall function of the system and each subsystem,the system function according to the user into the role of students,teachers,teaching assistants,administrators of four subsystems.MOOC platform relies on the Internet to realize the display of curriculum construction results,build an open shared teaching system,create an intelligent teacher-student interaction environment and provide a platform for the rapid expansion of industry applications.Finally,the black box test is used to test the platform.The test results show that the function and performance of each module meet the design requirements,and can meet the needs of users,and the comprehensive performance is good.
