| Nowadays,the quality of classroom teaching has become the focus of people’s attention,and the classroom behavior reflects the classroom quality to a certain extent.The research on students’ classroom behavior can understand the real state of students and teachers in the classroom,improve students’ learning behavior,and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.This paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and classroom observation to study the classroom behavior of students majoring in martial arts and traditional national sports,and takes 97 students majoring in martial arts and traditional national sports from 2015 to 2018 of Shandong Normal University as the research objects.The conclusions are as follows:(1)classroom behavior In order to divide into three kinds: classroom problem behavior,classroom participation behavior and classroom silence behavior,classroom problem behavior is negative behavior,classroom participation behavior is positive behavior,classroom silence behavior should be dialectically analyzed;(2)classroom behavior is universal among grades,but the incidence of classroom problem behavior and classroom management behavior is quite different among grades,and the difference results accord with Skinner’s.Third,there are gender differences in classroom participation behavior,boys prefer to show actively,girls prefer to review actively.There are significant differences in classroom behaviors of the same subject among different teachers,the differences come from the management scale and service style of teachers;(4)the results of self-evaluation of students’ questionnaire are similar to those of teachers and authors’ questionnaire,the results of which are reliable and effective,the results of which are consistent with the classroom observation results,and some of the differences come from the psychology of students’ subjective individuals and objective objects.Differences;(5)the classroom behavior of a class is in a changing trend,and the form of classroom behavior presents diversity.Problem behavior is dominant at the beginning stage,and participatory behavior is dominant at the basic stage,and returning to problem behavior at the end stage.Silence behavior occurs less at the beginning and end stages,and the latter half of the basic stage is higher.The three kinds of behavior interact and change dynamically;(6)The main reasons affecting routine class students’ classroom behavior are lack of interest,insufficient self-discipline and inadequate attitude,and inadequate teaching.Teachers’ teaching status,alienation between teachers and students,peer group effect,interference of open classroom environment outside.In view of the above research results,suggestions are put forward from the following three aspects:(1)from the perspective of students themselves,we should set up stage learning objectives and long-term goals of postgraduate entrance examination and employment,cultivate good learning habits,adapt to the new campus environment,and adjust the mentality in time;(2)from the perspective of teachers,strengthen communication with students,and constantly learn to improve teaching.Level;(3)From the perspective of external environment,schools should build and enclose classroom venues,reduce unnecessary interference,improve restraint and incentive mechanism and feedback mechanism of teaching information,create a good atmosphere of exchange and learning,and invite excellent students to participate in seminars.Although the research in this paper is based on the universal classroom behavior research,it has the characteristics of martial arts and traditional national sports specialty from the questionnaire design to the cause analysis,and comprehensively studies the current situation and relationship of three classroom behaviors in the classroom process.The research results of this paper can be used as a miniature of classroom behavior research,and provide reference value for similar professional classroom behavior research such as civil communication. |
