Excellent ancient poetry is an important part of Chinese classic culture,which has always been favored by textbook writers.The proportion of ancient poetry texts in the newly implemented Chinese textbook for primary schools has increased significantly,and the teaching task has also increased.The language of ancient poetry is concise and profound.How to guide students to learn the language of poetry,promote children's inheritance of classics,and deepen emotional and intellectual development.It has always been a difficult point in Chinese teaching.With the deepening of curriculum reform,the situational teaching method of "meaning beyond words" meets the requirements of ancient poetry teaching and is widely used in daily Chinese teaching.Starting from the teaching concept of new curriculum standards,this study investigated the application of situational teaching method in the first learning section of N primary school in haidian district,Beijing.Based on the observation scale,the author made classroom observation on the teaching of ancient poetry in the first learning paragraph of the primary school by using the methods of observation and interview,and interviewed 10 Chinese teachers in the first learning paragraph of the school according to their theoretical cognition of situational teaching,their preparation for situational teaching and their classroom status.Through teaching observation and teacher interview analysis,it is found that situational ancient poetry teaching makes the classroom of Chinese ancient poetry in primary school become rich and colorful,greatly arouses students' learning enthusiasm,and is frequently used in the daily teaching of ancient poetry.However,it is undeniable that there are a series of problems in the application of situational teaching in daily teaching.Based on the investigation of the current situation,the author puts forward relevant teaching optimization strategies aiming at the problems existing in teachers' theoretical cognition,pre-class teaching preparation and classroom teaching practice,so as to better make situational teaching method serve the teaching of ancient poetry and make the classroom of ancient poetry full of vigor and vitality.It provides reference for other teachers to carry out situational ancient poetry teaching in the future.
