In the teaching practice of our country,it is easy to ignore the development of moral education,which requires junior middle school educators to correctly understand the important role of moral education and correctly deal with the relationship between coordinated moral education and intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and other education.More and more attention has been paid to the characteristics of moral education in schools.It has become an educational trend to highlight the characteristics of moral education with the concept of moral education.How to cast the method and path of moral education characteristics with the idea of running a school has become a hot research topic in the establishment of moral characteristics.This paper focuses on the composition and characteristics of the idea of running a middle school,the connotation and characteristics of the characteristics of moral education in middle school,analyzes the relationship between the idea of running a school and the characteristics of moral education of the school,and demonstrates the historical attribute,geographical attribute and humanistic attribute based on the idea of running a school.The method of casting the characteristics of school moral education with the personality of headmaster explores the way of guiding activities to educate people,curriculum education and culture education with the idea of running a school.This paper also takes the successful experience of casting the characteristics of moral education in Shunde District L Middle School around the idea of running a school as an example.Based on the history and culture of Shunde District L Middle School,the inheritance and development of Dr.Liang Qiuundefineds spirit of "ancient wind" and "rain in the world" and the individualized pursuit of running a school by the headmaster,it is extracted that "people-oriented,standardized and moral education is the first." The idea of "connotation development" has formed the moral education characteristics of "human education",and based on the idea of running a school,cast out the four practical paths of the moral education characteristics of "human education" :curriculum education,system education,activity education and culture education.With the results of practice,the moral education construction of L Middle School in Shunde District has produced fruitful results: people-oriented,subject internalization;standardizing running a school and administering teaching according to law;moral education first,paying attention to practice;connotation development,tapping potential.Shunde District L Middle School also summarizes the experience in the process of characteristic moral education practice and reflects on the lessons.The research results of this paper can provide certain reference value for the formation and practice of moral education characteristics of other schools of the same type,and stimulate readers to throw bricks and attract jade and stimulate thinking.
