In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and education in China,the sex ratio of students in some specialties of secondary vocational schools is increasingly out of balance.It brings some new problems and challenges.In order to investigate the situation of students' management in secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou,this paper use the Questionnaire on Student Management in Guangzhou Secondary Vocational Schools,Based on the investigation and research of the students in Guangzhou Secondary Vocational School.This paper sums up the existing problems and analyzes the main reasons.It puts forward some strategies to strengthen the management of students and provides relevant theoretical support for the student management about the imbalance of the sex ratio.This paper selects three public secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou as the research objects.This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to make the investigation about the secondary vocational school students in different sex ratio actual situations.The results showed that: the distribution of the four dimensions of students 'classroom behavior,life style,psychological behavior and personality characteristics were different in the sex ratio of students;Grade,father's education level and mother's culture level interact with the sex ratio of students in four dimensions.In the process,we should pay attention to both educators and the people we educate,the different behavior characteristics of the students under the imbalanced sex ratio and the reasons that the imbalance affects the student management.In view of the existing problems,as school student managers,the paper puts forward strategies to improve the impact of the sex ratio: Firstly,Use the recruitment campaigns to mitigate the impact of gender stereotypes;Secondly,strengthen family-school co-education,thirdly,implement the responsible management;Fourth,strengthen students' mental health education.The aim is to train the students to develop in an all-round way and make them grow up well by these countermeasures.
