Research On Peer Communication And Intervention Strategies Of Work-study Students

The reformatory school,also called Gongdu School,in China was established in 1955.The students in the school are between the age of 12 and 17,who have bad behave,psychologically problems and are hard to be controlled in family,hard educated in school and not suited to study in the main school.We call them the naughty-students.In order to help them developing,the reformatory adopts forceful,half-closed military management.The naughty-students in the reformatory-school are in their youth age when it is an impotent period for their growing and development.In the youth age,the companion relationship between the youth is the much more impotent than between that of the educators and the parents.The good companion relationship can not only help the naughty students to be calm down to obey the teachers but also promote their progress with studies but the poor companionship would make the naughty-students be uncomfortable,escape from home,escape from school,and even cause them to misunderstand humanity.This very essay take a reformatory school in Guangzhou as a background and research take the companion contact and the practical demands as a starting point combined with documents analyzing,question paper,interviewing,case,and experiences to study the companionship between the naughty-students in a reformatory school in Guangzhou.I find the naughty-students have serious problems in subject impression,and contact with in object,content,behavior,occasion,opposite sex,perceive,emotion,abilities,skill,etc.Based on the investigating and analysis in naughty-students’ contact,I refer to ready-made theories and research achievements to find the two reasons of the pessimistic companionship of the naughty-students’.The inside reason is that,including their individual psychological and perceive extent.The outside reason is that,including family,community,school,family education,bad social mores,body scar and special events.Finally,according to the situation of the reformatory education in China,the analysis and the react needs to reform the naughty-students’ bad behaviors,and also the theories of humanity education,caring-theory,view of advantages,this essay gives six interfering strategies: to build good school mores,to make warm atmosphere,to implement advantage project,set positive self-evaluation,to build cooperation atmosphere,increase cooperation motive,to improve cooperation skills,to develop the legal and psychology educational effect,to tell the objects of contact,to learn to control emotion,to renew the relationship between school and families,to build the interfere system,to guide planning career.All these strategies were done for half a year and had two tests,before and after.To compare the results of the two tests,the effect appears obvious.To avoid the cross infected and to promote the naughty-students’ to have a correct contact are the impotent step in reformatory school.This essay is try to give the Gongdu teachers a guide for their daily work and help the naughty-students making more progress and development.
