Research On The Optimization Of The Entrepreneurial Support System For College Students In Weinan City, Shaanxi Province

The level of the entrepreneurial activity of a country or region to a large extent reflects the economic vitality of the country or region,which is because it plays a very important role in promoting economic growth,pulling employment and promoting the transformation of technical achievements.At present,there are a large number of college students in China,which has reached 2,695,0000 in 2017.Self-employment has become an important way to solve the problem of College Students’ employment.In recent years,the Party Central Committee,the State Council and the local governments at all levels,as well as the national colleges and universities have introduced a series of policies to encourage college students to start a business.The two main responsibility bodies of the government and colleges and universities have begun to take shape.Related research finds that there are still many deficiencies in the underdeveloped western regions such as Shaanxi Province in the support system of university students’ entrepreneurship.Therefore,from the perspective of the formulation,implementation and feedback of public policy,this paper takes the students,entrepreneurial teachers and government related departments of three colleges and universities in Weinan as the investigation object.Through the form of questionnaire survey,field investigation and interview,the present situation,deficiency and improvement of Weinan college students’ entrepreneurial support machine system are made.Measures to carry out research.The results show that the support system of university students’ Entrepreneurship in Weinan has been initially established,but there are still many deficiencies in the operation process.In the government,there is a lack of policy publicity,lack of interpretation platform,lack of funds,high threshold of access to loans,lack of special service institutions and other problems.In colleges and universities,there are many problems,such as poor implementation of policy propaganda,imperfect teaching system of entrepreneurship education,insufficient funds for entrepreneurship,and lack of full use of practical bases.In this paper,the following suggestions are made to improve the system of Weinan college students’ entrepreneurship support: in the government,we should strengthen the policy propaganda,improve the policy content,increase the support of the venture capital,and establish the special service institutions and the exchange platform.In colleges and universities,we should strengthen the propaganda and implementation of the policy,improve the teaching system of entrepreneurship education,increase the support for venture capital,and give full play to the function of the base of entrepreneurship practice.Only the government and colleges and universities are improved in the above several aspects,and the system of college student entrepreneurship support can be more extensive and deeper,and the success rate of college students’ entrepreneurial success can be effectively improved.
