Research On The Integration Of Oral History Into The Development Process Of College Sports

In 1948,the establishment of Oral History laboratory at Columbia University in America is mark the birth of modern Oral History,which is an emerging field,but the research methods about Oral History has a long history.The development of Oral History presents a trend of multidimensional advancement and forms a trend of diversified development.In the context of global economy development,interdisciplinary research has become a significant feature of contemporary sports science practice and academic development.In recent years,research about the development course of domestic Physical Education Departments presents a large number of scientific achievements and gains remarkable results.The research on the development course of Physical Education is the part of sports history and it is also one of the important fields in the study about modern and contemporary Chinese History.However,the research on school history of Sports Departments are mostly macro narrative works that based on archival documents,the Oral History provides an effective way to excavate new historical data in order to make the research on the development history of Sports Departments deeply.This article is adopt the method of documentation,the method of interview,the way of Oral History materials and the mean of qualitative research,analyzing the actuality and issue from the Oral History study about the development of College Sports,this article is based on Oral History materials about college of Physical Education in Qufu Normal University,discussing and evaluating the Oral History materials.Oral History is integrated into the development of College Sports has two means in theory and practice: in theory,it can build and complete the basic theory of Sports Oral History;it will be rich and deepen the Sport History and research of sports theory;it also can make up for blank of research on history of College Sports;it may provide powerful evidences for textbooks of Sports History.In practice,the research can solve the problem about the work specification in the development of College Sports,it make the field widely between research of Oral History and Interdisciplinary research,it can carry forward the university spirit and provide more ways to develop the college history,it can also inherit the university spirit and promote the educating function.The mean of research can attract more oral people,create more kinds of Oral History results and promote the value function about college.The article is based on reading more literature and interviewing for semi-structured in college,firstly,it analyzes the research of Oral History about development of College Sports,it elaborate the value of sports research about Oral History from sports culture communication,changing times and applicable to the study of various disciplines.Secondly,analyzing the historydata about Sports College in Qufu Normal University from the collection of historical materials,a true picture of the interviewees,fill in the blanks of historical data and broaden the field of learning.Thirdly,through the research,the author concludes the existing problems and reasons in the Oral History research of College Sports development course.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to promote the Oral History study of College Sports development.Features of this article are their meaning and value on research for the development of College Sports which is from a new point of view.From people and events,the research sort out the current situation and achievements;From the beginning of canonical and diversified,it promotes the authenticity and diversity on Oral History;this essay raises the specific work and plan for the development of College Sports? study of Oral History which combing with actual.It is suggested that Oral History should be integrated into College Sports Development,it can attract more researchers who take part in research.It can help establishing the working mechanism about cross-departmental collaboration,promoting the development of College Sports?culture and inheriting the spirit of sports.
