The issue of physique health of adolescents has always been highly concerned by the Chinese government and society. In recent years,China has also issued a series of policy documents to promote the health of adolescents, which has played a very important role in improving the health of adolescents in China. It has changed the trend of decline in physical fitness of adolescents in China. However, from the national physique health research report, there is still a certain gap between Japanese and young people in terms of athletic ability.Japan and China belong to the same Asian region, and their cultural background is similar. They are also yellow races. The research and measures on youth health policy are earlier than in China. However, domestic research on adolescents' physical health promotion policies has gradually increased in recent years, and there are few related studies. Therefore, this paper hopes to provide some enlightenment and useful lessons for the study of Chinese youth physical health policy by comparing the Chinese and Japanese youth physical health promotion policies. This paper adopts the literature data method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and comparative research method, and takes the Chinese and Japanese youth physical health promotion policies as the research object, and promotes the constitutional health promotion policies of Chinese and Japanese youth from three aspects: historical evolution, current policies and implementation effects.Conduct a comparative analysis and draw the following conclusions:(1)Japan's youth health promotion policy not only has its purpose, tasks, guiding ideology, etc.,but also has complete supporting implementation rules and supervision and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the effective implementation of policies, while most of China's policy content is macroscopic.Sexual guidance is the main task, lacking specific implementation rules that can be placed on the ground. Most of the implementation rules are handed over to local governments for their own development according to policy requirements. There is no mechanism for supervision and evaluation, and the implementation process cannot be guaranteed.(2)Both the Chinese and Japanese governments attach great importance to the role of school sports in promoting the physical health of adolescents. The main purpose of school sports in both countries is to promote the physical health of students.Japan's school sports are the main family and society.Auxiliary forms a form of synergy between the three to enhance the health of adolescents, while in China, more to protect young people to exercise for one hour a day to promote the physical fitness of young people.(3)Japan attaches great importance to the dietary problems of the students and has introduced corresponding laws. There is a comprehensive set of student diet system and detailed nutrition standards. However, the system and regulations concerning the diet of students in China are relatively weak, and the eating accidents in the student canteen frequently occur. And received a high degree of attention from the society.(4)Judging from the implementation effect of the physique health promotion policy for adolescents, the physical health status of adolescents in China has continued to improve in recent years, and the overall development is on an upward trend, especially in terms of body shape, which is steadily surpassing that of Japan, but still in terms of athletic ability and Japan. There is a big gap.(5)From the current research results of Chinese students' physique and health,it can be seen that the national physique and health research conducted in China mainly evaluates the physical health status of adolescents, but lacks in-depth exploration of the factors affecting the physical fitness of adolescents.
