Mathematics curriculum standard is a guide to compile mathematics textbooks and mathematics teaching,which plays a vital role in mathematics education.Based on it,the comparative study of mathematics curriculum standards is of great significance.This paper takes Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011edition),General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2017edition)in Mainland China and 12-year National Basic Education Curriculum Outline(National Primary and Secondary Schools and General Senior Secondary Schools)Mathematics Field in Taiwan as comparative research objects,The main research questions are: Take the function part as an example,what are the similarities and differences of the new curriculum standards across the Straits?The research methods of this paper are mainly literature reading,interview and comparative analysis.First of all,through reading a large number of relevant literature,the mathematics curriculum standards across the Straits are more in-depth studied.This paper combs the general situation of the formation of cross-strait mathematics curriculum standards,and studies the background of cross-strait mathematics curriculum standards separately.Secondly,we conducted semi-structured interviews with four senior front-line teachers in Taiwan to supplement the general information on the formation of curriculum standards in Taiwan.Through the scattering,reorganization and re-concentration of interview data,based on the coding processing,we can get the answers and analysis of the background of mathematics curriculum standards in Taiwan.Thirdly,using the comparative analysis method,taking the function part as an example,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the curriculum standards across the Straits from macro and micro aspects and draws corresponding conclusions.This paper makes a comparative study on the curriculum structure,basic concepts,curriculum objectives,core literacy of mathematics subject and curriculum content of mathematics curriculum standards across the Taiwan Straits from a macro perspective.The curriculum content takes the functional part as an example to carry out a more detailed comparative study,and draws a corresponding conclusion.Textbook is an important application of mathematics curriculum standard,so the classical content of function part in textbook is comparatively studied from microcosmic level.In compulsory education stage,the representative"primary function"is chosen,and in high school stage,the representative"exponential function"is chosen,from the aspects of textbook content structure,textbook class hours,textbook explanation methods,example exercises and so on.Through comparative study,the corresponding conclusions are drawn.Finally,based on the comparative analysis of macro and micro levels and the corresponding conclusions,this paper gives some teaching suggestions from the practical point of view,combining the advantages of both sides,hoping to inspire the teaching work of mathematics teachers.
