Research On The Management Of Students In Multi-campus Colleges And Universities

With the expansion of college enrollment in our country,the scale of higher education is constantly developing and expanding,and the related educational management system is also constantly deepening.At this stage,some colleges and universities have begun to run schools by means of establishing new campuses or by merging and reorganizing the existing campuses.Multi-campus school-running has great advantages in promoting the optimization of discipline construction,developing educational space,integrating educational resources and enhancing the competitiveness of colleges and universities,which makes some outstanding problems solved.However,due to the great differences in cultural characteristics and regional characteristics of multi-campuses,there is often a big discrepancy between the operation mode of multi-campuses and the expected values of actual requirements.At the same time,as the top priority of University management,student management is also facing many new challenges in this process,there are some problems that can not be ignored,such as lack of communication between teachers and students,imperfect management system,school culture can not be integrated,and educational resources can not be shared.Based on the principle of "peopleoriented",this paper analyses the basic situation of multi-campus running of Qilu Normal University,and studies the relevant experience of overseas countries on multi-campus running,combining with the actual situation of the school,in order to provide useful suggestions for multi-campus running of colleges and universities.There are five main parts in this thesis:The first part: introduction,the research background of this paper,research significance,domestic and foreign related research theory,research purpose and the difficulties to break through.The second part: It mainly expounds the concept of multi-campus colleges and universities,the reasons for its formation,and some theoretical foundations.This article expounds the characteristics of the management of middle school students in multi-campus schools,as well as the difficulties and reasons encountered in student management.The third part: Through the case study,the author analyzes the problems existing in the management of middle school students in multi-campus schools of Qilu Normal University and finds a solution.The fourth part: Aiming at the problems existing in the management of college and university multi-campus running middle school students,some countermeasures are put forward.
