Teachers' question and answer behavior runs through the whole teaching process.Question and answer behavior is also a form of information exchange and communication between teachers and students.Through effective question-and-answer behavior,teachers can know whether their design is appropriate or not,as well as understand the level of students.It can point out the direction for teachers' teaching.For students,effective question-and-answer can further stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning,improve their interest in learning,and promote the development of students' thinking.With the continuous innovation and development of education,ecology of education,as a new subject,has been studied by many education scholars.At the same time,Previous researchers studied classroom and teaching,university management and teacher professional development from the perspective of ecology of education,and achieved many results.In this paper based on the relevant principles of ecology of education.It takes the teachers'question and answer behavior as the entry point,and come up with some relevant strategies to solve this problem.The researcher investigated the question and answer behavior of primary school Chinese teachers,using the questionnaire survey method,observation method,interview method,Then the research concludes that the questions in the question-and-answer process,such as:insufficient question setting,unbalanced proportion of question types,insufficient waiting time,concentrated questioning objects,and depressed question-and-answer environment.In the end,the author puts forward effective strategy to solve this problem based on the theory of restriction factor law,tolerance law,niche principle,flowerpot effect and diversity principle.
