| Among the many factors that influence the investment in vocational school students,the influence of academic motivation is very critical and persistent.The motives for academic improvement in this study mainly refer to the internal and external factors driven by the vocational school students and choose to continue their studies on the basis of the original academic qualifications,including important other people’s motivation,employment-oriented motivation,reputation acquisition motivation,self-development motivation,personal achievement.motivation.The learning input in this study refers to the learning behaviors exhibited by vocational school students in the process of knowledge and skill learning,the positive emotional reactions related to learning activities,and the cognitive strategies used,including behavioral input,emotional input,recognition.Know the input.In this study,using questionnaires and interviews,400 questionnaires were distributed to four schools in Shanghai,and 361 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The self-edited “Evaluation of the Impact of Academic Motivation on Vocational Students’ Learning Inputs” was used as a measurement tool.Transcription,supported by rational choice theory and self-determination theory,examines the impact of vocational school students’ motivations on learning input,and then proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The motivation and learning input of vocational school students are at a medium level and the various dimensions are unbalanced;(2)There are differences in the demographic variables between the motivation and the level of learning input.There are significant differences in the motivations and learning input levels of vocational school students in different majors,types of academic systems,whether they are class cadres,and household registration.The Chinese language is significantly higher than the science and art majors.The three-year specialties are significantly higher than the high-level and medium-sized enterprises.The mode,which is significantly higher than that of the class cadres,is significantly higher than that of non-Shanghai residents.There is no significant difference in the motivations and learning input levels of vocational school students in different genders,grades and family economic income.(3)The correlation between the motivation and the learning input of vocational school students shows that the dimensions of academic motivation are significantly related to the overall learning input and each dimension;the type analysis of the influence of vocational school students’ motivation on learning input shows that the total academic qualifications Motivation motivation has a greater impact on the total learning input of vocational school students.The types of motivations formed under the influence of self-development and personal achievement have a positive effect on the total learning input,and the degree of influence of the two types of motivation on emotional input.The deepest,the type of motivation formed under the influence of self-development has the most obvious effect on the promotion of learning input. |
